Team Leader – Billing Operations
Lead and manage a team of billing specialists and AR callers to achieve collection targets, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction. Responsible for daily workflow oversight, productivity reporting, escalation handling, and team development in a night-shift operation.
AR Caller
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and work aging AR to maximize collections. Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing, payer portals, and claim follow-up required. WFH and WFO options available for qualified candidates.
HCC Coder
Perform Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding for Medicare Advantage plans and value-based care programs. Review medical records, identify all reportable HCC conditions, and ensure accurate risk adjustment documentation. CRC or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
IPDRG Coder
Perform inpatient DRG coding (MS-DRG and APR-DRG) for hospital facilities. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, sequence principal diagnoses, and ensure appropriate DRG assignment for maximum compliant reimbursement. RHIA, RHIT, or CCS credential required.
Payment Poster
Post insurance and patient payments accurately, process ERA/835 files, reconcile deposits, identify underpayments against contracted rates, and balance daily posting batches. ERA processing experience required.
